Is it Fact or is it Fiction: It is safe to eat hot dogs cold right out of the package.The answer: FICTION - Hot dogs can contain Listeria monocytogenes, a harmful bacterium that can grow at refrigeration temperatures and is common to hot dogs and their juices.
