Did you know that apples are packed with flavonoids that may help to reduce the risk of heart disease, cancer, stroke, asthma and type 2 diabetes? They are also high in soluble fibre that can lower cholesterol, keep you regular, and help you stay full longer!Check out this Community Food Advisors’ recipe for Banana Applesauce Muffins they prepared at the Good Food Market.
