Hey, I'm just hoping to pitch in on info about the eggs thing, but I took a nutrition class this summer at BU, and we talked about this extensively. The reason eggs get a bad rap is that they're high in cholesterol, but the truth is that the cholesterol you actually ingest has little to do with your body's cholesterol levels, if that makes sense. What impacts your cholesterol is eating unhealthily

Yes, of course you can pitch in! That’s really interesting. If you ever see any articles about that, feel free to share. I skimmed through some stuff on the egg and Cholesterol debate showing both the good and the bad but I don’t really have an opinion on it, I guess. I mean, I do see the health benefits of eggs but I also lean towards the other way of not eating animal product at all. Personally, I used to eat tons of eggs as a kid but I don’t and can’t eat them anymore. But for those who do eat (and love) eggs… Listen up! read more..
